At The Saintly, every print is made to order -created individually just for you the moment your purchase is placed. Because we don’t hold warehouse stock and each piece is produced specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept general returns or refunds at this time.
However, we always stand behind the quality of our work, and if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right immediately.

Each artwork is printed, framed, and packaged one at a time, specifically for every customer.
This means:
- We do not have inventory that can be restocked
- Returned prints cannot be resold
- Custom production begins shortly after purchase
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Wanting a different artwork instead
- Expectation differences in style or colour (minor variations may occur between screens)
This is standard practice among made-to-order fine-art studios worldwide.
We include clear sizing charts, product photos, and descriptions to make choosing the right artwork easy and stress-free.

We take this extremely seriously and will replace it at no cost to you.
You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- Your print or frame arrived damaged
- The wrong artwork or size was sent
- The print quality has a visible defect
Simply email us at support@thesaintly.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or error
We’ll arrange a replacement ASAP.
