At The Saintly, every piece of art is made with care and shipped with the same attention to detail. We want your experience—from checkout to unboxing—to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free.

Where We Ship

We proudly ship worldwide to most countries. Our fulfillment centers in the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia help us deliver efficiently across the globe.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at support@thesaintly.com and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Processing Times

All prints and canvases are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and packaging before your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may vary slightly—we’ll keep you informed.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

  • USA / UK / Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Please note that remote areas and customs processing can extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

If you don’t receive tracking within 10 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@thesaintly.com.

Packaging & Care

We package each artwork securely with protective materials to prevent bending, scratches, or moisture damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos and your order number to support@thesaintly.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Saintly is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
